Carol Little was born and raised in the Greater Vancouver area and continues to reside within 20 km of her birthplace (Burnaby) with her husband Glenn, and her three daughters, Lisa, Amanda and Michelle.

Carol graduated from Alpha Secondary School in Burnaby in 1977 after which she attended Simon Fraser University beginning in general studies and then switched to the University of British Columbia to pursue her career choice in Real Estate.

From 1992 until 1994, Carol successfully completed her Real Estate Licensing program, followed by completion of the Property Management course, and the Agent’s Licensing course (now the Associate Broker license). Carol will soon be seeking to finish the Urban Land Economics course in order to obtain her degree in Real Estate.

Carol started her Real Estate sales career in 1992 with Canada Trust Realty and then after searching for a highly successful professional Real Estate organization, joined Re/Max Treeland Realty in 1995. Since her association with Re/Max, Carol, together with her business partner, Vince Johnson has enjoyed tremendous growth and success and has received many accolades including:

- Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Medallion Club

Carol is a member of the Surrey Chamber of Commerce, the Langley Pioneers (a branch of the Focused Networking Group of Companies), and is actively pursuing completion of a business and personal development program called “Achieving Excellence”.

Carol is also a proud supporter of The Children’s Miracle Network, the Canadian Cancer Society, and the Canadian Diabetes Association and has provided support to the GVREB’s Blanket Drive as well as many other worthwhile causes.
